
Warlock

Warlocks are seekers of the knowledge that lies hidden in the fabric of the multiverse. Through pacts made with mysterious beings of supernatural power, warlocks unlock magical effects both subtle and spectacular. Drawing on the ancient knowledge of beings such as fey nobles, demons, devils, hags, and alien entities of the Far Realm, warlocks piece together arcane secrets to bolster their own power.

Mage Armor - Any willing target with light armor or no armor, or the caster themselves, will be granted +4 armor for one full session of combat or until the Warlock has lost over half of their HP. (mana cost: 4)

Levitate - This spell allows the Warlock to lift from the earth at will by bending the winds beneath them, giving them +2 dexterity while in the air. They may also lift any creature of equal weight or less 20 feet into the air. If released, the target will take D6 in damage from the fall. (Mana cost: 6)

Eldritch Blast - A beam of crackling energy streaks toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 force damage. (Mana cost = amount of damage dealt to the target)

Hold Monster - For one action, the Warlock can paralyze any monster visible to them. (Mana Cost: 3)

Comprehend Languages - Any language, the Warlock will understand for an hour after this spell is cast. (Mana cost: 4)
6. Silent Image - Create the image of an object, a creature, or some other visible phenomenon that is no larger than the twice the warlocks size. The image appears at a spot within range and lasts for the duration. The image is purely visual; it isn't accompanied by sound, smell, or other sensory effects. You can use your action to cause the image to move to any spot within range. As the image changes location, you can alter its appearance so that its movements appear natural for the image.
Once the Warlock has leveled their base damage and hit a minimum of 35 Base HP, they will take their inherited knowledge and then progress into the following abilities. These are for all Adept Warlock.
