Elovia
The thriving city of Elovia is one of the few locations maintaining a reputation for upper class society, arcane arts, knowledge, music, and security. The city is concentrated with a majority of humans and their allies, the centaur. However, due to it's appeal, Elovia is also a tourists destination where a variety of races are often passing through.
Upon arrival, an ornate gate is guarded by a quartet of centaur and nigh by is a slur of street performers seeking for a pretty penny from the high traffic in this area. Clusters of establishments emblem their crafts through artfully constructed banners and a clean, gardened face appeal. The song of child's laughter and the buzz of the bands form a lively environment which welcomes and persuades each traveler stay.
One of the most renown locations within is Osta's Bard Academy, a competitive university that encourages the musical talents of Elovian society.

While not all students harness arcane power, many are influenced to take up the craft as it is preached to be one of the safest forms of magic existing. Here, players might inherit unique bard abilities, weapons and armor.
Amongst the board members who run the Academy are Katerina Gurley and Konan Thorne, two of the most skilled bards known to the lands.
